1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item was not as described on the website.
- You inform us within 15 days of delivery.
Note: Customized or personalized signs are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/ invoice) must be provided.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item must be shared for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-printed signs with personalized text, size, or graphics.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval from our support team.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Full refund will be issued for eligible products.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was wrong or damaged.
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a free replacement if:
- The delivered item is defective or incorrect.
- You inform us within 15 days of receiving the order.
Replacements are processed within 2–4 working days after approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order.
- Once production or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible—especially for custom items.
